AfroFit-(Ghana) an initiative that soared from launch, back by key figures from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mistry of Health, National Sports Authority, Ghana Bodybuilding & Fitness Association, esteemed institutions and media luminaries. Their resounding endorsements fuelled our mission to cultivate a culture of health and vitality, uniting communities across the African continent.
Mr & Ms AfroFit National Fitness Competition - A transformative on-air and online fitness competition with contestants from diverse backgrounds vie for the prestigious title, showcasing not just fitness but unwavering dedication to wellness.
AfroFit Health Walks - A quarterly invigorating health walk event celebrating physical exercise, unity, inclusivity and wholesome living. Each edition will be an ode to wellness and presents opportunities for engagement and postive lifestyle changes.
AfroFit Annual Wellness Gala - An exclusive celebration honouring dedication and triumphs wellness and fitness. This Gala unites luminaries, professionals, advocates and enthusiasts offering partners a platform to shine and gain visibility among industry leaders.
